How do I track my order status?
Just use the Track Order link on the top right of the website! You will need to provide your
Order Number
the Phone Number you used to place the order.
You can see the following details for each order:
the order number
the tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.
Here’s a quick explanation of what each of the tracking statuses mean:
Placed – This means that the order has been placed and confirmed (for pay on delivery orders)
Quality Check – This means that the product(s) are through our Quality Check process, and will be dispatched soon.
Dispatched – This means that the product(s) have been dispatched from our fulfillment center and are en-route to a delivery center in your city.
At Delivery Center – This means that the product(s) have reached the delivery center in your city. Post this, you will get a call from our delivery team to schedule the delivery and installation.
Outbound – This means that the product(s) are out for delivery and are making their way to your home!
What warranty does Stylo Furnishing have for its products?
The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.
Is there a first time customer discount?
We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, and experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount.
